Pawfect by Jake shipping and return policy

 

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at pawfectbyjake.ie operated by Pawfect by Jake.

 

If for any reason your furry friend(s) do not LOVE your new  Pawfect by Jake item,  you may  exchange within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with all labels still intact. Any orders returned after 14 days will be automatically returned to the customer & not processed through our returns system. 

- Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns.
- Returns must be sent by registered post & in a weather safe bag. Pawfect by       Jake accepts no responsibility for lost / stolen / misplaced returns that do not have a tracking number.
- If you are returning an item for exchange Pawfect by Jake will send your     exchange package free of charge.
- There is a no return / refund policy on sale items.

7-10 business days  - Ireland 

10-14 Business days  - Outside of Ireland
